Meet the Berryhill Physical Therapy Staff

John Berryhill, MPT, PT
John has been a therapist for 30 years. He was raised in Arizona, where he played football, swam, and wrestled in high school. He received scholarships in football and swimming but competed in collegiate football. In 1993 he graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Degree in Physical Therapy. He then moved to Cache Valley with his wife Kristi and 4 children. He has worked in a hospital, nursing home, home care, rehab center, and now his own private clinical practice. John finds it important to serve in the community where one resides, as he and his wife have emphasized this to their children. He has coached at the high school level in baseball and football and enjoys working with the youth and local athletes, as well as our older population. He served in the LDS church as a Bishop and served a mission in Costa Rica and Panama in 1982, where he learned to speak Spanish.
He emphasizes manual therapy in his orthopedic practice and works with pre-surgical, post-surgical, orthopedic, and sports physical Therapy. His experience and lifelong involvement in sports allows him to provide the best care and experience to his patients. John has a knowledgeable staff of clinicians that work with him in his clinic and homecare settings. He feels everyone he works with has a story that makes them unique, and that is why he focuses so much on individual care and treatment.

Logan Parker, DPT, PT
Logan has been a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2022. He grew up in South Jordan, Utah, where he developed a passion for athletics, playing basketball and football and contributing to a state championship team in 2011. He continued his football career at Southern Utah University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and competing on two Big Sky Conference championship teams from 2015 to 2018. Following his collegiate career, he earned an invitation to the rookie mini camp with the Kansas City Chiefs, reflecting his high level of athletic achievement. His experiences as an athlete helped shape his appreciation for physical therapy and recovery.
He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah.
Logan is married and a proud father of three boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and staying active through biking, swimming, weight lifting, and athletics.
He is passionate about outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy, with experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. His background in athletics and focus on manual therapy, dry needling, and functional movement allow him to create individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities they love.

Shelbey Kelley, PTA
Shelbey grew up in Cache Valley, where she developed a lifelong love for staying active and being outdoors. She is married and a proud mom of two boys who keep life busy and full of energy. In her free time, She enjoys running, hiking, playing soccer, and anything that gets her moving.
She has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2015 and truly loves working in the field of physical therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University and completed her PTA degree at Dixie State University. For her, helping patients regain strength, confidence, and independence is incredibly rewarding, and she feels grateful to be a part of their healing journey.

Braden Jorgensen, PTA
Braden is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated in 2026 and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. He brings valuable experience from working in skilled nursing facilities, where he developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care and rehabilitation across a wide range of conditions.
He is dedicated to supporting individuals throughout their healing and recovery journey, focusing on improving function, building confidence, and enhancing overall quality of life. Braden enjoys creating meaningful connections with his patients and takes pride in guiding them toward their personal goals.
Outside of the clinic, Braden is a devoted husband and father of three. He values spending time with his family and understands the importance of staying active and engaged in everyday life.
